You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the Service.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including product images, descriptions, logos, and brand assets. By uploading User Content, you grant Beeon a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
Videos generated by our AI are created based on the content and instructions you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated videos comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. Beeon does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or inaccuracies.
Beeon offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' advance notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Beeon Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeon Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beeon Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
